Howard K. Berry is one of the most experienced Jury Trial Lawyers currently practicing in Oklahoma. Since 1978 he has tried over 200 Jury Trials. He has successfully settled thousands of cases for people injured or killed by mistakes of others. He has helped win compensation for victims for countless millions of dollars.

Howard was born in Oklahoma City and grew up here. From D.D. Kirkland Elementary School and Casady High he received his education. He worked as a paperboy at age 14, washed dishes, caddied and worked as a cook and carhop while in high school.

In 1971 he moved to Los Angeles and went to the University of Southern California where he studied journalism while sacking groceries and waiting tables. By 1978 he was a law school graduate and returned to Oklahoma where he began his law career. In 1980, his father and he moved to the corner of 19th and Classen where Howard has practiced law ever since. With ample parking and only a short drive downtown that corner has been a perfect place for Howard to welcome his injured clients and evaluate their chances in court. From there he has happily seen his clients walk out with millions and millions of dollars that he has negotiated out of insurance companies on their behalf.

Howard lives in Mustang on a five-acre paradise where his active pond holds catfish and bass that his children and their friends catch and release.

Whenever he can, Berry goes to the golf course where he enjoys a handicap of about 10. That means he makes a mistake on almost every one of the 18 holes but he gets away with about 8 of the mistakes (18-8=10 handicap).
